The Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services is excited to announce its Affordable Housing Fair 2024 on July 13. This event is designed to address the pressing housing challenges in the Bronx, offering solutions and support for residents.

A Beacon of Hope for the Bronx Community

According to the Housing Risk Chart from The Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development, Bronx districts 1-7 and 12 face significant housing issues, including high eviction rates and rent burdens. Bronx NHS is dedicated to combating these issues by providing equitable access to affordable homeownership and resources to empower residents.

"Affordable housing is not just about roofs over heads; it's about stability, opportunity, and community resilience," says Gladstone Johnson, interim executive director of Bronx NHS. "Our fair isn't just an event—it's a catalyst for change."
