Across the Bronx, there are parcels of land with the potential to become homes. Through the Upliftment 1000 initiative, Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services is working to transform underutilized land into high-quality, affordable homes that working families can actually afford.
By bringing together public agencies, private partners, developers, and community leaders, this initiative aims to create up to 1,000 new homeownership opportunities for residents across the borough.
