Our Annual Community Impact Awards Gala is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the beautiful Maestro’s Caterers, 1703 Bronxdale Ave, Bronx, NY 10462. The evening will commence with a Networking Cocktail Hour at 6:00 PM, followed by the Awards Ceremony and Dinner at 7:00 PM.

This year's theme is "A Winter Wonderland Celebration," a magical evening celebrating the champions who are making affordable homeownership a reality for Bronx families.

We are honored to announce that Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson will deliver the keynote message, and Dr. Bob Lee—WBLS media personality and Founder of the Make the Grade Foundation— will host this unforgettable night.

We will honor the exceptional individuals and organizations who have displayed unrelenting commitment to improving the lives of Bronx residents and have demonstrated a passion for impacting positive change within our community.

The event will be attended by community members, lawmakers and corporate stakeholders in the Bronx who share our vision of changing the housing trajectory for the better.
