Programme d'accession à la propriété pour la première fois
For many New Yorkers, saving for a down payment can take 5–10 years, depending on income, rent, debt, and monthly expenses. If you’re balancing bills, student loans, or credit card payments, it can take even longer to reach your goal on your own.
If you’re realizing the timeline feels longer than expected, you don’t have to do this alone.
Don’t worry about what you’re seeing you can still reach out to us for help…
Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services offers down payment assistance grants of up to $100,000 for a limited number of eligible homebuyers.
