We Make The Path To Affordable Application Homeownership Simple
Attend Orientation Workshop
Get training on the process of purchasing a home and submit an application for an affordability review
Counseling Session
Review financial standing and create a plan to homeownership. If ready, connect applicant with Real Estate agency, apply for grants and select desired home
Close on New Home
Once new home selected, grant approved, and closing date; we'll assist you in the closing process and you are a new homeowner!
